Laurie Bolster

Laurie seeks to provide a nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their values and experiences. Utilizing a harm reduction approach, Laurie invites clients to explore their choices as a practice of self-liberation. She is passionate about working with clients who are experiencing concerns with substance use, addictive behaviors, trauma, relational stress, and life transition. Laurie draws from a person-centered therapeutic approach and employs elements of existential therapy and rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT).

As a client, you may experience our working together as a process of naming and working through patterns in your life that you may find unhelpful based on what is important to you. Therapy can help you reach an authentic way of living.
