Heather Seals

Hello! I’m Heather, and it is my profound privilege to walk alongside those who take the step to embark on their own journey toward wellbeing. We all have struggles in this life, whether they originate from short-term stressors like college exams, or from longer term issues stemming from farther back in our pasts, such as traumas from childhood. Admitting that we are struggling takes courage and vulnerability. I seek to honor this by providing a warm, compassionate, nonjudgmental space for my clients.

My therapeutic approach incorporates multiple modalities including person centered and strength-based, among others. I have a heart for working with people in the areas of anxiety, spiritual trauma, relationship stressors, life adjustments, family of origin issues, self-esteem, boundaries, and women’s issues.

I believe that all people are worthy of dignity and respect. This is your space for you to do your work. Let's build a connection where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to navigate life's twists and turns. I'm here to support you every step of the way.
